Brothers Juniors Rugby Union Football Club (JRUFC)

WHO WE ARE

The original Queensland Chapter of the Christian Brothers’ College Football Club was formed in 1905. We are one of Queensland's oldest and most established clubs. We take great pride in the Brothers motto "To know is to Teach". We strive to instill this in our Juniors club culture.

JUNIOR TEAMS 2023

In 2023 Brothers will have as many Junior teams as we can get children to play in and parents and senior club players to coach.

We will take registrations through Rugby Xplorer and expressions of interest and form teams and introduce coaches. If we don't have enough registrations in one age group we may merge with another club.

Children can play in the age group of the team of which they are turning this year. Eg. Finn is 6 turning 7 this year, he will play in Under 8's.

*Teams will be formed when we have enough children who are registered or who have expressed interest for their age group. If we don't have enough children registered in a particular age group we may not be able to accommodate the age group team this year so please let other families know about Rugby and encourage them to register their children too.

NEED SOME ASSISTANCE WITH FEES?

The Queensland State Government issues fair play vouchers to families who meet the requirements for assistance. See their website for more information:  https://www.qld.gov.au/recreation/sports/funding/fairplay/apply

If your are wanting to apply for one of these, please let us know because we register you a little differently to take payment from the QLD Gov instead of your family.
